Scarcity a.k.a lack is one of the most pervasive and destructive mindsets.
It’s the idea that there isn’t enough to go around, so we have to compete with each other for what little there is.
But what if I told you that scarcity doesn’t really exist – it’s just an illusion created by our own minds.
Yup, it’s true! And when we believe in this illusion, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.
The illusion of scarcity would have us believe there are less resources to go around than what is needed, to the point where people will resort to extreme measures just for basic necessities.
This idea of scarcity is something created by our minds formed by beliefs passed down from your environment and those around you at a very young age, and when we go along with these thoughts, they become reality. Meaning, the more we focus on not having enough, the less likely we are to get what we want out of life.

21 – 30 = Ok girl, we got some work to do. Don’t worry now, I have no doubt in my mind that we can vacate your apartment on Scarcity avenue, located in downtown Lackville, and have you in a penthouse suite overlooking Abundance Bay in no time flat! This is going to take a lot of inner work, isn’t not always going to be fun and easy, it will be uncomfortable at times, and you will find yourself in situations where you want to run back to your old, familiar neighbourhood, but remember to always keep moving forward, the vibes that you’re sending out into the atmosphere will raise, and you will be swimming in Abundance Beach in a New York minute. To help you on your journey let’s start with the basics. In my opinion this is the simplest and most effective way to raise your vibration and actually see & feel the difference instantly; it’s the emotional guidance scale designed by Abraham Hicks. Get your copy of the scale with instructions on how to use it in my free resource vault here.
11 – 20 = You’re on the right path to raising your vibrations but need more consistency. Mindset blocks, and limiting fears and beliefs could be a major contributing factor to what is holding you back. Do some block release meditations, and EFT tapping to help alleviate some of these worries. I got some for you to try out in my resource vault here.
0 – 10 = You are a High-Vibe magnet. You probably already practice mindfulness and have manifested many wonderful things into your life! Keep doin’ what you do! I don’t want you to lose your momentum, so check out this helpful tool in the resource vault designed by Abraham Hicks to help ensure you stay in alignment!
No matter where you landed in the results scale, I want you to remember these two things to keep you in alignment with your best life:
1) Focus on abundance always.
2) Practice gratitude for all that you do have right now and all that is coming.
