You know, that feeling when the world is against you and it’s all uphill from here. When everything feels like it’s going wrong and nothing will go right. That feeling of being stuck in a rut with no way out.
Low vibrational behavior is a term that describes the way people behave when they are not in alignment with their true selves.
It’s created by fear, guilt, and shame. And it can be spotted in our own lives if we know what to look for.
Here are 12 behaviors that are a low-vibe wakeup call:
- Your moody or easily irritated
- You are feeling self-doubt
- You are pessimistic
- You are hating on others
- You are participating in gossip
- Your feeling jealous
- Your feeling guilt/shame
- You have a mindset of lack
- You play the victim in all your circumstances
- You struggle to see life’s beauty
- You see yourself as the center of the universe
- You don’t put much thought in to how you treat others
Does any of this sound familiar? Girl, I’m here to tell you that there is hope! There are ways to change your mindset, frequency of your vibration, and get you back on track.
Here are three quick and easy things you can do RIGHT NOW for high-vibe gains.
- Start intercepting your negative thoughts with positive ones as they creep up in your mind. It’s literally exactly how it sounds. As you hear a negative thought or comment in your mind, you interrupt it with a positive thought. Over time these positive thoughts will be your default.
- Declutter! Detach from material objects and declutter your space of things that you no longer need. Declutter your social media accounts that bring you down. And declutter your contacts of those “friends” that want to keep you on the same low vibe as them.
- Start a gratitude journal. Journaling is the golden ticket to raising your vibration and manifesting your dreams. And nothing gets you there faster than gratitude. Grab any old notebook and start writing everyday, five things that you’re grateful for that day. Not in the past cuz girl you don’t live there anymore. Always journal for the future.
